Dao Jiang QiangSparring is an item in Chinese boxing. Based on the single practices of hand forms or weapons, the routine of these exercises is derived from strike, throw, catch, punch, thrust, hack, upper cut, chop, point, tilt, and so on. Two or more people usually practice the exercise. There are generally three types of sparring exercises: bare handed sparring, weapons sparring, and bare handed vs. weapon sparring.
Single Broadsword vs. Spear: Both parties can use the same or different weapons. The exercise is conducted fiercely and fast as if in real combat with skill, accuracy, and coordination. This exercise will improve the bravery, agility, and mutual cooperation to the participants.
