Mouth Guard

Mouth guard, same model as in the sanda pack.

To set size, put the gum shiled into 75°C boiled water for 30 minutes, then put it into your mouth upper teeth in the middle, bite it thigh for 30 minutes (but do not bite too deep). Finally put it in cold water. Try again if it does not fit.
