International Routine Contest of Southern Styled Sparring
The demonstration presented in this VCD is a routine based on traditional southern boxing forms (Nan Quan) designed to meet the specific requirements of official competition for this discipline. The routine featured in this VCD display substantial content including a large number of stances and hand techniques as well as roaring techniques. This particular routine has been acknowledged as one of the most representative one for southern boxing practice.
The routine is demonstrated by Guo Yufeng, the nationwide gold medal winner of the Chinese Traditional Martial Arts Competition.
