These conditions apply to all orders and any transactions related to products and services offered on the site chinatown-shop.com which is the property of e-China Ltd company. The use of the services offered on the site chinatown-shop.com is subject to compliance with rules and conditions of sale and, as such, the customer acknowledges having read these rules and accept them without reservation in any order or any other operation business conducted on the site chinatown-shop.com or through the staff of the company e-China Ltd. in the case of processing your order via email. The company e-China Ltd reserves the right to change at any time the present conditions of sale without prior notice.

Product availability

Most products for sale on this site are directly available for sale within 48 hours (working days). Unless stated otherwise, for each product, lead time is indicated. This is a period of time in working days, during which we promise to post your order. Costum and local taxes, respect of laws

Freight

Claim and after sales service

If the goods ordered were not considered satisfactory by the customer, he agrees to return the goods covered (costs borne by the customer) to our nearest service (an address will be confirmed by return mail) in 7 days. Then we will refund the price of the good plus the eventual retruned good shipping fees.

Responsibility and use of our products

The company e-China Ltd can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible property, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold. It is the same for any changes resulting from product manufacturers. The liability of the company e-China Ltd will in any event, limited to the amount of the order and can not be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in the presentation of products.
