Shipping methods

We propose different shipping methods, each method has his own shipping period and his own rate. Here are following the available methods:

• EMS (express): Registered, online tracking. Relayed by local express postal service of the delivery country (USPS, ParcelForge, ...)
• TNT (express): Registered, online tracking.
• ChinaPost AIR: Relayed by local postal service of the delivery country
• ChinaPost SAL: Relayed by local postal service of the delivery country
• ChinaPost Small Parcels SAL: Relayed by local postal service of the delivery country
• ChinaPost SURFACE: Relayed by local postal service of the delivery country

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are automaticaly calculated. It is based on the number of parcels, the total weight and the delivery country. The system will only propose the methods available for your delivery country and suitable for the type of products that you order (for example, voluminous items can not be shipped with ChinaPost).
To know the shipping rate, the easiest way is to fill your cart with the products you wish to order. Then on the shopping cart page, the available shipping methods will be displayed with the corresponding shipping rates.

Parcel tracking

For each parcel that we ship, we will send the parcel number, and if available, the online tracking page link for registered parcels (EMS et TNT).

Delivery and delay

Delay often happend during December, January and February. It is because of the world postal volume which is much higher at this period of this year, and also due to the Chinese New year festival (national holidays), where the economic activity in China is slow down. Also, delay can happen for particular reason (weather, strike, ...)
In case of delay, please first contact your local post office and give them your parcel number. They should be able to inform you about the status f your parcel.
