Shipping methods
Several shipping methods are available, each method has his own shipping period and his own rate.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are automaticaly calculated. It is based on the number of parcels, the total weight and the delivery address. The system will only propose the methods available for your delivery country and suitable for the type of products that you order (voluminous items can not be shipped with standard shipping method).
How much for the shipping rate :
Add to your shopping cart the products you want to order. Then on the shopping cart page, the available shipping methods will be displayed with the corresponding shipping rates.

Average shipping period showed above are not contractual, please refer to the page Conditions of use, Freight section.

We can deliver everywhere where the French post can deliver. In other words, we can deliver almost everywhere in the world.

Delivery and delay
Delay often happens during December and January. It is because of the world postal volume which is much higher at this period of this year, and also because of Chinese New Year national holidays. Also, delays can happen for other particular reasons (weather hazards, strikes, ...).
In case of delay, please first contact your local post office and give them your parcel number. They should be able to inform you about the status of your parcel..
